Someone told me to create e new profile, but how can i create a new profile without loosing all my configurations (email accounts, contacts, rules...) & data ?
All data is stored in a pst-file. E-mail Accounts configuration can't be
saved when creating a new profile; you'll have to write that down.
Anyway; autocomplete will not work after you've created a new profile as
this isn't a part of Outlook. Outlook 2002 and 2003 however have a cache
function that will "autocomplete" addresses you've typed before.
