autoarranging texts inside a autoshape

Gaurav

Hi,

I am using a Autoshape (a CallOut) , and withing that I am writing some

texts(some four or five lines). It is fitting to the autoshape, but,
now if I drag the shape and make it smaller to the previous one, then
what is happening is that the texts are also decreasing, that means,
all the texts are not visible, if the drag the shape to smaller one.

I have seen some documents doing this, autoarranging the size of the
texts also when we shrink or increase the size of the autoshape .

Please let me know how to do it.

thanks.

The size of text inserted into an autoshape does not change if you scale the
autoshape. It will re-align if you change the sixe of the shape as long as
there is space for the whole text. If you have seen an autoshape with
scaling text then it was inserted as a graphic. SnagIt is one application
that will easily produce scalable callouts.
