Auto_Update problem again

I have XP Professional version. My Auto-Update got stuck
again. Three days in a raw I am getting the
notice "Security Update for Microsoft Windows XP (329834"
notice. i am downloading and installing succesffuly each
time. I have done a few minutes ago as the third time
for this update. i am afraid that I will get it again
tomorrow.

This has happened before in big worm problem in mid-
August. It stopped after for a while. Does anyone out
there knows any remedy?

There is a newsgroup for Windows Update issues,
and also if you drill in to some of the options when
you visit Windows Update you will find a Troubleshooting
webpage with things to try when Windows Update downloads
are not working.
