Auto Transfer to New Website

I posted this query yesterday but for some reason it does not show in my
listings. Sorry if it duplicates...

I use this code.... <meta http-equiv="refresh"
content="0;url=http://theoldpassage.com"> ...to transfer visitors
automatically to the client's new website (url). However, the transfer is so
fast many visitors do not realize they have been transferred so do not
bookmark the new address. Is there a code I can add to this to delay the
tranfer for say 5 seconds?
