Can someone please tell me how I go about having a
program start up automatically whenever someone logs onto
the PC. I am using Windows XP.

Put a shortcut to that program into that user's Startup folder in the
All Programs menu.

C:\Documents and Settings\[USER NAME HERE]\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
