Auto-split an Excel Worksheet within a Word doc?

I have an Excel worksheet inserted into a Word document. The Word doc is long
(7 pgs.) and the Excell spreadsheet is longer than a page (4 pgs) . How do I
get the Excel spreadsheet to auto-break at page breaks?

You don't. Word can only import objects of one page. For multiple pages,
you'll need to import each separately.
