Is there a way to set a standard signature to be included in everybody's
outlook on a domain. For instance, we need a signature that says "This is
company confidential information......". But I don't want to set it up on
each computer in the domain, I would rather it be a policy of some sort.

Regards,

Randy.

After furious head scratching, Randy Galliano asked:

You are talking about a disclaimer rather than an Outlook signature. This is
more an Exchange question as opposed to than an Outlook question and how it's
done will depend on the version of Exchange you use, IF you use Exchange.
If Exchange 5.5, it can be done within Exchange. Higher levels will require
a 3rd party application. You can always download the demo of I believe GFI
Languard, even when the demo expires it will leave behind the disclaimer
portion working.
If you're not using Exchange, then you will need to post further
information.

Thank you. I will put this in an Exchange forum.

Regards,

Randy.
