auto send and receive

I cannot get my outlook to auto send & receive. I have
tried everything including reinstalling, fix and repair,
can anyone help?

We could help if you posted your Outlook version and the connection type you
specified for your mail accounts.

If Outlook 2000, what mode? CWO mode won't autosend and receive AFAIK....
