Auto select formated sentences and export or cut/paste to other

Hi, i need to sort out a 77mb file: contains company names(font 18) and the
news title (font 14 & Bold) and the actual content ( font 8).
Q: is it possible at all for MS Word to recognise the company name and news
titles and cope/paste them to Excel/ or Word file?

I try to use the Insert>Reference>Index&Table but without success.

Any suggestion appreciated! >.<

It could probably be done, using a macro. However, it would be easier if
styles were used. Knowing the version of Office involved would also be
advantageous.
