Auto Reply

People say auto replies cannot be set up in Windows Mail... but they can...
When using Outlook Express I set up an auto reply while i was on vacation and
could never turn it off... it has nothing to do with message rules, because I
deleted all rules... when i migrated to Windows Mail in Vista... the auto
reply still happens... i can't find a way to turn it off... any
suggestions??? please help!!

NO, auto-reply never was a feature of IE, nor is it a feature if
WinMail.

AFAICS you did set up the auto-reply not in OE but with your
*mail-account* (ISP-provider).

Check there.

No, they can't.
You probably enabled it on your email account's server.
Log into your email account's webmail portal and disable it.

Neither OE nor Windows Mail has built-in auto-reply capability. You may
have set up a Vacation auto-reply through your ISP's webmail page but you
didn't do it in OE.

Check for that type of setting on the website of your ISP.
