Is it possible on Microsoft Outlook 2003 to use the Out of office auto reply
feature that there is in Outlook express.

I didn't know OE HAD an "Out of Office" reply function...
 
I don't remember there being an Out of Office feature in OE. Outlook does
have a Rules Wizard that can auto-reply
