Auto Reply not working

Hello,

I am trying to setup a rule on a clients to auto reply to incoming messages
using a template. I have created the template and created the rule but for
some reason the reply message will not send. I have the rule setup exactly
the same as a rule I have on my system that works perfectly. I get a message
telling me that the ruled has an error and that it was not able to send the
message. When I look at the message sitting in the Outbox I don't see any
email addres in the To section. I think this could be the issue but not sure
why it does that. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening???
The rule I have running on my machine is running under Outlook 2000 and the
rule I am having this issue with is running on Outlook 2003, if that makes
any difference. Thanks for any and all help.
