Auto Refresh Pivot Table

I have a spredsheet that gets updated with data every 3 min's. I have
added 3 pivot tables to the sheet and i need a way to get them to
update every 3 min. i really could use some help on this one.

Look at Chip Pearson's site

or, if this is done with DDE, then the Change event should fire. in any
event, loop through all your sheets and pivot tables on those sheets and
refresh them setting the backgroundquery parameter equal to false.
