auto recover

in excel i saved work then I did not mean to save, thus
overwriting old file, but I thought MS excel has auto
recover feature, so I want to obtain a previous version
of file before the save I did, can that be done, and if
so how?

Hi
if you dn't have a backup copy of your old file, no chance. Autorecover
is used to recover your work if you forgot to save and Excel crashes
