I entered a website and entered my user name and
password, and without thinking said "okay" when the
Microsoft window for "automatic remember password" popped
up. I need to disable this featuer as well as delete the
one it saved. I do not want this information to be
entered automatically.

Depends on what web-browser you are using and which
version of the respective browser as well.
You need to change the password information.
For example: In Microsoft Internet Explorer ver 6.0 go to
the "Tools" menu selcection item, select "Internet
Options" from the drop down menu, then select
the "Content" tab. At the lower portion of this screen in
the personal information box area click on
the "AutoComplete" radio button. This will bring up a pop-
up screen that lists various boxes with checkmarks in
some and no check marks in others. Make your decision on
what you want to clear as and then "Clear" them out.
Good luck.
