auto lock out

Hi
I am trying to lock myself out of my computer between 11
p.m. and 6 a.m. so I can get some sleep. Does anyone
know if there is an auto lock-out program in Windows XP
Home Version 2002, and how to access it?

I have the same kind of "insomnia"!!!

Try running Chkdsk on all your volumes, starting at 11 pm.
That'll put ya' to sleep :]
