Auto insert

Trying to turn off auto insert.When spelling in a blank
box last close spellings come up automatically
 
Are you talking about inside Internet Explorer?

If so, in IE, goto Tools -> Internet Options -> Content -> Autocomplete and
uncheck the options you no longer want (eg Forms)
