Auto include recipients name in reply

Hi,

How is it possible to get Outlook to automatically insert the
recipients name in a message when replying or composing a new mail, so I dont have to manually type it.

Eg:

Hi <name automatically goes here>

It isn't possible out of the box. It's a fairly extensible client, so I can
see that this could be added, but I don't know of any currently existing
solution. Could look at the add-ins on http://www.slipstick.com to see if
there is one.
