Auto Filter not showing all the variations

Hi,

When I use the Auto filter to filter out some data, I dont get th
complete list of the cases along the column I filter.

For example, a column contains the words "market US", "market Eng",
market JP". I have around 2000 rows of data and a column that has on
of these three.

When I go to auto filter, In the pull down list I get for the column,
dont see "market US" at all. It shows "blanks", "non blanks" and al
other stuff.

Is there a setting I need to make to include all the variations?

Please help.
