W W. Wells Aug 19, 2006 #1 I want to list dates in sequence by week day of Saturday. Where is the option Autofill?
D Dave Peterson Aug 19, 2006 #2 How about an alternative. Put your first Saturday in the topmost cell (say A1) then put =a1+7 in A2 and drag down (or fill down)

B BK Aug 20, 2006 #3 Using Autofill to repeat a specific sequence requires you to identify the sequence in the first two cells. Enter the first Saturday date in the first cell. If you were using August 2006, you would enter a 5. Enter the second Saturday date in the cell below. In our example, you would enter 12. Now select both cells which defines the interval to use for autofill. Drag the black autofill handle down as far as you want the seven day interval to go. The "autofill handle" appears as a black square in the lower right hand corner of the selected cells.
