I want to create a column that automatically fills with dates and I want to
insert columns for homework assignments in as well. the problem is getting
it to only place dates that are school days and being able to skip columns
that have the homework assignments in them. If anyone has an idea it would
be appreciated.

It would probably be VERY helpful if you could give us exact for-instances.
Such as, I want to fill column A, C, and D with dates beginning with the 2nd
row, and running for 30 days... something like that.

I am making a grade sheet where attendance counts toward credit so i want to
have columns with dates that will tell if they were in attendence but on days
that they have homework I need to be able to add columns between the dated
columns . What I would like to do is have a list of the days that are school
days and have excel insert them in order when I tell it to where it tell it
to.

Hi,
You will need a Specific Purpose userform utility for this as your school
days will be different to other schhols and even countries.

You can send me the data and I will create one for you.

you can see my Excel Stuff at

Then why did you ask for Help?
Use the visual Basic Help Index in the Visual Basic Editor not the Excel Help.
If you fiind it too complex, you can always come begging to me. I do not
charge any fees and I do not guarantee results.

regards
