Auto fill/list

Ok i want to auto fill a range of numbers in a column, ok lets say in a:1 is
0 and a:557 is 556, how would i be able to auto fill these empty cells
a:1-a:557, after this i would need to do the same for b:1 of 0 through b:557
of 20.

I'm doing a regression of a chemical tank being processed through a 4ma-20ma
data convertor.
