Auto Fill-In

I am trying to make a word document that has several fields to fill in, and
then other documents can pull information from that first document to fill in
certain parts of it. Any help would be great.
 
You should check out Dian Chapman's "Please Fill Out This Form"
series for a tutorial. See
http://www.mousetrax.com/TechPage.html part 5 is dedicated to
passing information back to a database.
