auto fill email addresses in To field

Just got Windows 7 and am disappointed that when I address to contacts I've
addressed to already, it doesn't autocomplete when I start typing in the TO
field. Is there a setting where I can change this?

Your Outlook version is what what would permit an answer to your question,
not your operating system.
In some versions you turn this on in Tools > Options > Preferences > Email
Options > Advanced Email Options > Suggest Names
Since this is turned on by default, you likely have something else
misconfigured that you haven't told us about.
