We would like to create an auto triggered email message within an existing
DB. Basically when a certain point in the DB is reached - an email is
generated. We are able to do this but Outlook displays a security prompt. How
can we bypass this security prompt?

Thanks.

Click Yes works fine.

Bit of a fiddle to set up but once you have it done it's ok

BUT remember that send out e mails has other problems - you WILL get added
to auto Spm Filters and this is (what ever the idiots who run these spam
filter sites say) almost imposible to get off.
Your IP address will be shown as port 80 sends

so basically if you have a moveable IP then go for it - if not then you need
to think about it very carefuly

last - the security warning from outlook is there for a very good reason ??

I want to add that the emails will be only sent to local users. They will not
be sent to anyone outside of the network.
