auto display form on startup

Is there a way to automatically display a form when the database restarts
after running compact and repair database?
 
Hi, Randal.

Select the Tools menu -> Startup... to open the Startup dialog window.
Select the form you want to automatically display in the "Display Form/Page"
combo box. Select the "OK" button to save your change. This form will
automatically display every time you open the database, including after you
compact and repair the database.
