AUTO DATE Add ins

AUTO DATE Add ins dosn't work on Office 97.
I install this add ins regular, but i can't use because no where shows (in
office 2000 appers new tab in main bar)

How to fix this problem and use regular autodate for Presentation?

Where did the add-in come from?
Have you asked the author whether it's compatible with Office 97?

I am not sure where i download this autodate but in readme.txt nothing
writes for what version of powerpoint works... in powepoint 2000 works, in
97 doesn't
Do you know where i may found AUTO DATE add-in for Powerpoint 97 ?
Actually, i need a TIME (hh:mm) to be displayed.. Its local TV channel!

Ok, so we'll ignore the add-in that doesn't work in PPT 97.

What exactly is it you need to do? Do you need the current date to show up
on a slide? If so, you should be able to use View/Header and Footer and
select "date and time" and "update automatically."

I don't know if any of these work for PPT 97, but see

I noticed that this lists an AutoDateTime add-in from MVP Chirag Dalal. That
may have been what you were referring to earlier. According to the notes on
the download page, it works in PPT 2000, 2002 and 2003.
