Auto Copy Emails to File using Rules and Alerts?

Is there a way to setup a Rule and Alert which will automatically copy the
body and attachment of an email to a specific directory?
 
There is no native way to do this. Perhaps with some VBA or a 3rd party
addin you'll be able to do this.
