Auto Check For Email

Is there a way to have Outlook 2002 automatically run
every 20 or 30 minutes to check for new email messages?

I can do this in Outlook Express but can't find it in
Outlook.
 
Set an automatic polling interval in Tools > Send/Receive > Define
Send/Receive groups...
