I need to have outlook copy outgoing and incoming messages to the
project folder on our server. Example:
Job number 6000 (we have about 700 jobs per year) has a path on our
server of X:\2006\6000\email\sent in which we save all sent emails for
Job # 6000.
Is there a way I can have Outlook automatically copy the .msg file to
that folder? I would like to do the same for incoming emails, but I
know this may be harder.
I was thinking if our subject line had '6000' in it I could set up a
rule to save a copy, but I can't find it. Also with so many jobs I
don't want to create 700 rules....
Any help?
