Auto BCC to a fixed address

[Proboscis]

Is it possible to set up Outlook 2003 in such a way that automatically a
blind copy (BCC) of every outgoing message is sent to a fixed address?

I have tried the suggestion from
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/autobcc.htm

I have copied the code of method 1 into the built-in ThisOutlookSession
module, but nothing seems to happen. Do I need to do something to initialize
or activate this module in Outlook?

I'm a complete newbie in VBA (as you can see) so a detailed description
would be appreciated.
