Auto Arrange

I have set my folders to "Auto Arrange" by Name but for some reason it does
not always work and I'm having to manually arrange them by clicking "Auto
Arrange".

Anybody got any ideas how to put this right. Thanks.

"Auto Arrange" just aligns the icons automatically when you move them.
It doesn't arrange by name unless you manually do it by clicking "Auto
Arrange".
