Dear all,

I used to receive a bulk mail and my pst(1.82gb) file is reaching the limit
monthly. I have made auto archive, but autoarchive also have a limit of
1.82(I guess), Can I know after reaching the limit size of Archive pst, can
it automatically create a second archive file ?, or is there any possibility
to move my mail to different file before reaching the limit automatically?

OL XP - windows2000

pls help

Regards

Shut down Outlook. Rename your archive file to something else. Restart
Outlook. It should ask you where the file is and create a new one if you
give it the name you want.

Dear,

Bit confused, If I rename the Archive file, will outlook create a file
automatically or Do I need to create ?

pls advise
Regards
Anver

If it doesn't create it automatically, it will prompt you to do so when
archiving runs.
