Auto-Archive (less than 24 hour interval)

My employer has a Retention Policy that all mails in the Deleted Items
folder on the Exchange server will be deleted overnight. I like to keep all
my deleted emails -- in case some day I need to refer to one of them to save
my behind. :-)

But I haven't been able to figure out how to make Auto-Archive run in less
than 24 hour intervals -- which means that I lose my Deleted Items email
every night (because it seems to run each morning when I come in to work and
start my Outlook).

The Retention Policy for Inbox and Sent Items is a lot longer, so
Auto-Archive works fine on those.

Anyone have any ideas how I can automatically save all my Deleted Items
emails? Right now I resort to manual drag-and-drop at the end of each day.

Thanks!

Drag and drop is the only way to keep the items you want and still comply
with your employer's policies. Depending on how much you want to keep this
job, there is one alternative. Select all in the deleted items folder, open
them at the end of the day. This will change the modified tiem to the day's
end and may not meet the archiving criteria.

Why you want to do this when you have been told of the policy and you
already have a method to keep what you want is beyond me. Circumventing
employer policies is a sure way for them to circumvent your paycheck.
