Auto addressing problem

M

Maurice Bishop

Using Outlook 2003, if an email address is typed in manually during a send,
when used again in subsequent messages Outlook will autocomplete the email
address.

i.e. If you type in (e-mail address removed) the first time, the next time you enter
'john.doe', Outlook completes the address.

In the main, this is an enormously useful feature. However, my client has
moved companies and therefore has a new domain name.

How do I clear the autocomplete cache?

TIA

Maurice,

We have a product will enable editing of the NK2 file if you don't want to
"delete it" which could get you fired if done without permission. However,
as I write this, the current version of our software will not edit Exchange
Records. We hope to have the new program released in early May. You may
want to contact us at sales (at) dcs-imaging.com and we can let you know
when the new product is available.

I'd like you to cite even one instance of this ever happening.
