Auto accept meeting from specific person

I am using Outlook 2003 and not using Exchange server. My family uses
meeting invitations to update each other on family events.

How can I create a rule or program that will automatically accept meeting
requests from specific people? I tried to create a rule, and have all of the
conditions set up, but do not know how to create the specific action (accept
meeting).

To enhance this function further, I would like to have such meetings
displayed in a specific color in my calendar.

Appreciate any help.

Why not keep a calendar all can access? Sharing ideas can be found here:

Colors are local to the individual, I believe. I don't think you can
control the color the recipient sees.

Thanks for the sharing suggestion Brian, but this is more than we need. Our
current system works well, I just need to "auto accept" meetings by users so
the appointments appear in my Treo when I sync. (Unaccepted meeting requests
do not sync).

Still looking for help on auto acceptance of meeting request by individual
sender.

It's either autoaccept all or autoaccept none, I believe. I've never seen
the ability to autoaccept by sender. I'm sure, though, that if someone can
suggest code, they will.
