authentication problems

I have a doman controller which has suddenly stopped
authenticating all user logins except for the
administrator account. So no other user can log on to the
domain except the administrator. Also, I had DHCP running
on this computer. The service has become unauthorized and
when I try to re-authorize it, a DHCP error message pops
up saying "access is denied". Can anyone assit me with
this problem
 
Let's start by examining your Event Log. Pleas post the errors you are
getting there. also run dcdiag and netdiag on your system to get a better
status report.
