Hi There

We are a school , where all the teachers have just been issused with a
laptop on XP. I want to place an acceptable use policy on the laptop that
all the staff agree to. I have seen on some machines that when you press
CTRL ALt and Delete, just before you enter you login details an agreement
screen appears.

Does any one know how I can do this?

Many Thanks

Chris

If it is official school policy, then just get each to read and sign a
good ole piece of paper at the time the laptop is turned over to them.
Or are you just trying to nag the teachers with BS unenforceable rules,
like the EULA??!!

Figures you'd know how to nag users!

In many places it's a clear way to notify users about AUP's. The nice
thing is that if you monitor logon events you can clearly see that they
agreed to it (as they can't get in without agreeing to it), and that can
be used for tanking an abuser.

It is a policy setting that can be placed on the pc:

Local Computer Policy
Computer Configuration
Windows Settings
Security Settings
Local Computer
Security Options
Interactive Login: Message text
