Yes, if you have auditing of object access enabled and you are auditing a
large amount of folders/files or possibly auditing of process tracking
[though a lot less likely]. Auditing of logons should not impact noticeable.
Try disabling auditing temporarily to see if the lag goes away. --- Steve
