audit template in Excel?

I am a health claims auditor and would like to create an audit template that
automatically scores a claim in Excel. Has anyone else done this?
 
If you don't get a good reply, you may want to search google.

Give it a few good keywords (Excel template audit)
and probably a few more to limit the number of hits.
