Audit logon and logoff times

Hello,

We are interested in auditing the logon and logoff times for users in our
Windows 2000 domain. I have three questions:

1) Is it possible to audit both logon and logoff times on a Windows 2000
domain?

2) What are the steps to enable auditing of logon and logoff times?

3) Is there a way to put this information in a report using a program such
as Crystal Reports?

Thanks,

I'm going off win2k3 experience but yes.

in win2k3 you turn on auditing within group policy for the domain.

You can export the Event viewer data into text files and you can maybe do
something with it after that (import into excel) but the data is in the
proprietary windows event format so reporting programs don't work with it.
It's not a database that stores the data.
