is there a converter or software that will convert an audio digital file into a Doc file
No, you can't *convert* the file format. A doc file has no way to hold
the audio data, so it would become garbage.
You can embed an audio file in a doc file, where it will appear as an
icon. To do this, drag the file from Explorer and drop it into an open
document. Alternatively, use Insert > Object > Create From File,
browse to the audio file and select it. If you're going to send this
document to someone else, don't check the "Link to file" box. Click
OK, then save the doc.
When you double-click the icon in the doc file, it will start whatever
application on the current PC is assigned to that audio file format.
(Before the app actually launches, you'll get a message warning you
about possible viruses.)
