My audio device does not work at all, since i changed my computer around in
my room. I don't know what happened but when I go into audio and sound
device thing on the control panel, it won't let me change anything, it is
locked or something, I have everything plugged in correctly but it semms not
to work, and I went through all the troubleshooters and didn't seem to help
me, I have the speakers that came with the computer. Any suggestions would
really help, thanx in advance.

Since you "changed your computer around", you may have dislodged
your soundcard. That is where your speakers are plugged in. Open
the PC case and check there. Make sure speakers are connected properly
and are working. Then, check here if you see any yellow tags with an
exclamation or question mark:
Start>Control Panel>System>hardware tab>Device Manager button
Post back on your results.

Ok well I checked the start> control panel and the only thing that came up
with the question mark was the PCI Input Device so I am updating that but I
do not believe that is it, I will try to see if the sound card got dislodged
in the back and hopefully that works, thanx for the suggestions I'll post
back and tell if it works or not.

Ok well I checked the sound card and it didnt work and to update the PCI
Input device I need the CD and I have no clue what CD is required to update
it, if that is even the right thing to update, so if anyone can post more
help it be much appreciated.

Most soundcards are PCI devices unless it is on the MoBo (motherboard).
The drivers should be on your Utility disk that came with your computer
when you bought it, or on a disk like SB Live if it is a Dell. You can look
on the PCI card and see the brandname and go to their website to
download the drivers, they are free.
