You need to get dbpoweramp 10- the earlier version to convert to mp3. I
think it's at this site:

dBpowerAMP is the way to go. However, I believe that starting with Release
11, the ability to write .mp3 files is limited to 30 days. The upgrade to
the "pay" Power Pack is required thereafter to continue the .mp3
capability. Release 10.1 had free .mp3 capability "forever".
