attribute = hide and lose your file..

I hid a file with attribute property of hide and now I cant find it in the system... date= 22x1.
it was a video file ..
...is there anyway that I can change it back -0r better yet, -view it and keep it as hidden??

Go to control panel and click tools then >folder options>View> then put a
check in the show system and hidden files.
