Attn Sprinks- how not to insert records gtr 1 time on subform

just messed with the command button that inserts the records and was on a
record on the main form batch where I already populated or inserted the
ingredients that go into the product. when i pressed the command button
again it inserted a whole additional 20 records basically duplicates without
the lots# put in. How could I safe gaurd this so the operators can make this
happen.

Dunno who "Sprinks" is, but it seems likely that there is VBA code in the
Click event of that Command button that needs some attention. At least, that
would likely be the cause in Microsoft Access -- which is the subject of
this newsgroup.
