attendees are not receiving meeting invitation

When an meeting invitation is sent from my daughter's computer to my pc, I
receive an e-mail, but it does not have option buttons to accept or decline.
Consequently, it does not get copied to my calendar. However if I send
invitation from my pc to my daughter's computer, she receives e-mail w/option
to accept, and the event copies to her calendar. We both have window XP, and
Outlook 2003 professional edition. could it be a setting in my anti-virus
software? I have different anti-virus program than her computer.

Does your daughter have her mail format set to Outlook Rich Text? It is
required for the accept/decline buttons to appear.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
