% attendance in red if below 50%

Hello,
I've made a sheet to track attendance with the following
formula: =SUM(B8:F8)/COUNTA(B8:F8), which works quite
well. I'd like the color of the percentage to change from
black to red when the percentage is below 50%. How would
that be done?

Hi Ellen!

Use conditional formatting

Select the cell or range of cells that this is applied to.

Format > Conditional Format
Leave Cell Value Is
Select "Less than" from middle drop down
Type 50% in right drop down
Press Format button
Select your format
OK
OK
