Attempted to read or write protected memory.

We are doing a dataAdapter.fill(dataset) while reading data from oracle
databse. We are getting the following error randomly.
" Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication
that other memory is corrupt."

Note that we have migrated from .NET 1.1 to .NET 2.0 very recently and we
have been getting this error only after migration.

Can anyone please help us?

Can anyone help me please with this issue? I need to move the application to
Live anytime soon and in urgency to find a solution for this issue.
