Attchment Options Task Pane

I just updated to Office ultimate (not sure if this has anything to do with
it) and when I attach a jpg imagine in an html email message the attchment
options task pane will not open. It did before and I still get the tool tip
when I hoover over the little arrow in the corner on the ribbon, but click as
I may and nothing happens. Frustrating!

Any thoughts?
 
I've seen this happening when you have the SMS addin installed. It may be
caused by another addin to though.
Which ones do you have installed?
Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe
